Runners: a bit more than walkers.

Details: Runner’s trail is 5 miles and walkers 3. Mix of pavement and off road trails. Shiggy 5 of 10 for runners and 3 of 10 for walkers. Multiple beverage checks on both trails.

Cost: $7

Mt. Vernon is starting from the same location at 10 am with a different trail so a double header is possible for you overachievers.

More Info: This trail is far out there in places where few go. Bring your deet, shiggy socks, wipes, and a change of shoes for the runners.

Hares promise sunshine and tranquility for all, and a great winery for on after for some sipping in the cool breeze.

Last minute plans made by Pay Per View and she will be hosting DP this week at Mieza Blendery (109 Clermont ave, Alexandria, VA 22304).  Please note the start time of 4:30 since that’s when she can make it. She might be there closer to 5 she said. Plenty of parking at Cameron Run regional park! Possible street parking on Clermont.
